Candidates can apply Online through the eDistrict Portal at or through any NagalandOne Common Service Center (CSC). 

Instructions for uploading photograph and signature:

The eDistrict Application accepts any files upto 5MB. However, for optimum performance, it is prescribed to furnish Photographs & Signatures as per the Dimensions below:-

  • Size of photograph should be 200 pixels width x 250 pixels height.
  • Size of signature should be 250 pixels width x 120 pixels height.

It may be noted that many services require different kinds of File Uploads to avail those service. In this connection, the most common types of File Uploads are detailed below:-

Instructions for File Upload:-

  • Accepted Files types are JPEG, JPG, PDF.  Unless explicitly specified, users may upload files upto a maximum of 5MB per file.
  • It is expected that all Photographs and Signatures uploaded on the eDistrict Portal for availing Services are updated and that the eDistrict Portal shall bear no responsibility for all such User Submission.
  • For Services requiring submission of Educational Documents, applicants are requested to combine all related documents into a single PDF file for ease of processing and upload as explained below:-


  1. For Class X -> Class X Admit Card + Class X MarkSheet + Class X Pass Certificate = MatriculationDocs.pdf
  2. For Class XII -> Class XII Admit Card + Class XII Marksheet + Class XII Pass Certificate = XIIDocs.pdf

Similarly, for all remaining Educational Qualifications. It is expected that the Applicants will provide complete list of Educational Qualifications and and neither the Department of IT&C nor the respective service providing Department shall be held responsible for any cases of “Rejection” of Application Forms due to non-compliance or incomplete information in Application Form.


Payment gateway:-

The eDistrict Payment Gateway has Transaction Charges and includes applicable GST which will be charged to the Applicant. This Transaction Fee is fixed for all Modes of Payment i.e. Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking etc. For a detailed information on such fees please click here.
